Room can be fully furnished or bring your own furniture, your choice. Shared kitchen. All utilities included (heat, electric, central air, wifi, garbage pickup, bags, paper towels,water) 2 bathrooms. Owner of house is a sacred heart alumni. I have rented to over 40 sacred heart students in the past. Huge driveway with plenty of off street parking. Located in a safe neighborhood. Lots of storage space in attic, basement, and sheds in back. Beautiful backyard. Quite atmosphere for studying, no noise and chaos like the dorm. Room is available in February.
